John Tucker Memorial Golf Tournament Supports the Mission of MMCF

The legacy of generosity and love for the game lived on at the John Tucker Memorial Golf Tournament, held at the scenic San Jose Country Club. This special event brought together friends, family, and supporters to honor the memory of John Tucker, a beloved member of the Jacksonville golf community, while raising funds for causes close to his heart, the Alco House and Moore-Myers Children’s Fund (MMCF).

The tournament was a meaningful celebration of John Tucker’s passion for golf and his commitment to helping young people succeed. Proceeds from the event will benefit MMCF’s mission of providing mentorship, academic support, and golf opportunities to underrepresented youth in the Jacksonville area.

Golfers of all skill levels came out to enjoy a spirited day on the course, united by a common purpose: to continue John’s legacy of giving back. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie, reflection, and heartfelt appreciation for the positive impact John made in so many lives.

MMCF is deeply grateful to the Tucker family, the organizers, and the San Jose Country Club for their generosity and support. The funds raised through this tournament will help empower a new generation of Eagles, providing them with the tools, opportunities, and encouragement they need to succeed both on the course and in life.

The John Tucker Memorial Golf Tournament stands as a powerful reminder that when we honor the past with purpose, we can build a brighter future for those who follow.
