MMCF Eagles Tee Off with JAGA Directors at JAGA Kid-Am Golf Tournament

Jax Beach Golf Course Hosted a Day of Mentorship and Competition.

The fairways were buzzing with energy, excitement, and inspiration as the JAGA Kid-Am Golf Tournament brought together youth and leaders for a memorable day at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Course. This special event paired MMCF Eagles young golfers from the Moore-Myers Children’s Fund with directors from the Jacksonville Area Golf Association (JAGA) for an unforgettable round of golf filled with mentorship, teamwork, and growth.

The tournament was named by Duke Butlers III, whose passion for the game and youth continues to inspire new generations. His legacy will live on through this annual event, which emphasizes the importance of connection, encouragement, and giving young athletes meaningful opportunities to grow both on and off the course.

For the MMCF Eagles, playing alongside JAGA Directors offered a unique chance to learn from seasoned golfers, ask questions, and gain insight into the values of leadership, perseverance, and sportsmanship. The event also fostered strong community ties, as JAGA continues to support the mission of MMCF in developing well-rounded student-athletes.

The day was filled with great shots, supportive conversations, and moments of mentorship that will stay with our Eagles for years to come. MMCF is grateful to JAGA, and the Jacksonville Beach Golf Course for hosting a tournament that does more than celebrate golf, it uplifts future leaders through the power of shared experience.

Together, we are building not just better golfers, but stronger communities.
