I joined Moore-Myers my sophomore year of high school, some might say that’s late to start, but it was exactly where I was meant to be. My golf game, confidence, and opportunities grew tremendously. Through one-on-one PGA professional coaching, I sharpened my skills on the course, while public speaking and leadership opportunities strengthened my confidence off it. Because of Moore-Myers, I learned how to present myself professionally, speak with confidence, and make lasting impressions, skills that helped me in interviews and throughout college. I was
also honored to receive a JAGA scholarship, which supported me during my years at the University of North Florida.

As I grew in the program, Moore-Myers gave me the chance to pour back into others. I became a peer mentor for younger Eagles, passing on what I had learned about golf and life. I also managed the program’s social media, which allowed me to develop communication, content creation, and leadership skills that have carried into my career today. What makes Moore-Myers truly special is the care and support that lasts long after graduation.

Even now, the coaches still check in and cheer me on. Beyond the skills and opportunities, I’ve built lasting friendships with people of all ages who continue to encourage and inspire me. Moore-Myers has been so much more than a golf program, its been a community that shaped who I am today.
